By accessing or using FairStack ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FairStack. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Billing, Credits & Subscriptions

FairStack uses a prepaid credits model. Credits do not expire. All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You see the exact cost before every generation.

Spending Controls

FairStack enforces hard spending caps at the organization, project, and API key level. These caps prevent runaway costs.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you generate using FairStack. We do not claim ownership of your outputs. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content as needed to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

7. API & Programmatic Access

API access is provided to all users. API keys must be kept secure. Rate limits apply. Abuse of API access may result in key revocation.

8. Third-Party AI Models

FairStack provides access to third-party AI models. Each model may have its own license terms. Commercial use is available for most models, but check model-specific terms for restrictions.

9. Platform Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairStack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
