Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Usage Data

We collect generation metadata (model used, cost, timestamp) to provide billing, usage tracking, and service improvements. We do not train AI models on your generated content.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Platform
  • To process billing and credit transactions
  • To track usage and enforce spending caps
  • To communicate service updates and security alerts
  • To detect and prevent abuse

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We implement role-based access controls and audit logging.

4. Generated Content

Generated assets (images, audio, video) are stored in Cloudflare R2. You own your generated content. You may delete assets at any time, and deletion requests are processed immediately.

We do not use your generated content to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe -- payment processing
  • Cloudflare -- CDN, DNS, R2 storage
  • Railway -- application hosting
  • GPU Providers -- AI model execution (RunPod, Kie.ai, fal.ai)

Generation prompts are sent to GPU providers for processing. Providers do not retain prompt data after execution.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Generated assets are retained until you delete them. Billing records are retained as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@fairstack.ai.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
